The Capuchin Development Center was established almost two decades ago to help the friars raise needed resources and to serve as a conduit for benefactors to make donations to the friars.

The CDC develops various programs to accomplish its mission. The staff sends out mailings, responds to donors' inquiries, keeps accurate records, and files required reports to governmental agencies and auditors, among many other tasks. Of course, the office ensures that all fund-raising efforts are strictly within IRS norms and practices. The CDC's legal vigilance makes it possible for donors to confidently take advantage of tax benefits.

Each CDC staffperson is dedicated to representing well the friars and Church as they go about the business of developing and maintaining a well-functioning operation. It is important to the friars and CDC staff to make sure that all efforts bring honor to benefactors, friars and the greater Catholic Church.

Obviously, the Capuchin Development Center is here to help you help the friars. They are ready to receive your questions and comments, as well as your donations. They can be reached via email at CDC. You can call toll-free at 1.800.224.0330. You also may write them at Capuchin Development Center, 220 37th Street, Pittsburgh PA 15201.

We are thankful for your support and prayers for the Capuchin friars and the Capuchin Development Center.
